  11. I have a Hayes Accura 288 V.34+fax that I am trying to connect under
  12. Win95.  I have been using an intel 14.4 external on the same comm port
  13. with no problems.  When I install the Hayes modem under Win 95 it says
  14. the modem is not responding.  I can see the modem lights blink on and
  15. off and hear the clicks as it initializes but win 95 refuses to
  16. acknowledge it is there.

  18. I can get the modem to work in a dos box and at the win 95 command
  19. prompt with no problems.

  21. Has anyone seen this problem?  Do you know of a solution?
